COMPANY
pH Productions has the most talented cast in Chicago. Company members are the lifeblood of pH. They are the seasoned vets that bring you the funny every weekend.
 |
KAYCE ALLTOP
Kayce Alltop is one of the newest additions to the pH cast and is loving it. Kayce can be seen improving elsewhere with Canikid productions (they have traveled from Chicago to Austria and many places inbetween) and with Quincy (they've traveled from i.o. to the Playground and maybe one spot inbetween). She also performs in good old 'scripted' theatre and can currently be seen mornings at the Apollo theatre knocking out some Shakespeare.

SALLY ANDERSON
Sally Anderson's biggest goals have been to hold the title of Miss Brookings,South Dakota, become a member of pH Productions, and eventually own a jewel collection that would rival Elizabeth Taylor's. Two out of three, so far, isn't half bad! She was also Spider-Man and Aquaman in the same day by SCUBA diving (breathing underwater) and leaping 16 stories attached to a web (bungee cord) while in Mexico. Her days are spent with cat Markie Post and dog Otis. Otis is vice president of her dog walking company and makes a fantastic lasagna. A daily goal for Sally is to watch at least 3 episodes of Little House on the Prairie. Other groups Sally has been proud to be a part of are the Playground Incubator 2 team Kids With Feelings, Second City Conservatory
program, iO, and most beloved Makeshift Robot. Oh, she also has a crazy maid named Kukla who owns a mountain lion named Reese's Pieces. Kukla refuses to speak to Sally.

CLAYTON DUBA
Clayton is an unapologetic reactionary radical that has a penchant for disproving the existence of irony. A true romantic, he yearns for the days of duel-based justice, mother’s marshmallows in TLC hot cocoa, and aristocratic discussions that vacillate between Greek and Latin without notice. To be clear, he is a firm believer in the supremacy of Greek and only speaks in a barbarian Latin tongue to slaves and horses. He is oft seen meandering throughout Chicago-- Homer in one hand, wife in the other, toes poking through the grass, and eyes affixed on the stars. Friend and foe alike see him as more than ‘a man for all seasons’-- he is a man for all moments, temporal yet eternal, like the unnamable Tao. Touched by the hand of God--molded by moxie—tamer of hubris; he brings glory to humility and kings to their knees. To search to know him is to search for maturity, wisdom, a love of life and a life of love. If that is too cryptic, its because Clayton teaches AP European History and Honors Philosophy, so ask him what the hell this means.

CHRIS EDWARDS
Chris is loving finally being apart of the pH family. Born and raised in Chicago . He has been improvising for 6 years, including proudly playing with the Columbia College pHarm team for 3 years. When not making the funny on stage, Chris writes screenplays and short stories and would like nothing more than for someone to throw money at him for his talent. Candy is also acceptable.

BRAD NORMAN
Telling people you know Brad Norman won't do you any good. Brad has worked out of Chicago in TV commercials and comedy for about 6 years, in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Georgia. Brad can be seen with his comedy rock band Your Little Ponies, of which he is extremely proud and unashamed despite their decidedly naughty musical shenanigans. Brad loves hash browns, freezer pops, and minty fresh breath. Brad does not have to like you to golf with you. When Brad grows up, he wants to be a Super Mario Brother. He thanks his hot wife.

TRISTAN TANNER
Tristan was going to be a rockstar until she was racing with this jerky guy, Needles, and crashed into a Rolls Royce, messing up her hand. No longer able to play guitar, she made the transition to improv, graduating from the I.O. Training Center and Second City Conservatory program. She can be seen playing with Psychoplasmics at I.O., Miss Hawaiian Tropic at The Playground, or trying to figure out if there is a way to change the past. Mostly, she can be seen at pH functions, because she loves it ever so much.

 |

BRYCE WISSEL
Bryce got his start improvising at Hanover College, as a part of the world-famous evil petting zoo. He graduated with a BA in Theatre, which is a little like being handed a novelty-sized blank check. Since moving to Chicago, he has performed with Wing Night at the Playground Theater, as a company member at the ImprovKitchen (R.I.P.), and as member of the nationally touring road show Mission IMPROVable. Everyone always says this in his biography, but it's worth repeating: Bryce would like to thank his family and friends, without whom he is nothing.

JOSH FARNUM - HEAD HOUSE MANAGER
Joshua used to be allergic to honey bees, wasps, yellowjackets, white-tailed hornets, and yellow-tailed hornets. He isn't anymore.
|
 |
TOM SHANAHAN - HOUSE MANAGER
Tom Shanahan joined pH as a house manager in June 2006. He enjoys laughter and peanut butter. When Tom was little, he sometimes wished he would grow up to be a cartoon super hero, specifically Lion-O or Inspector Gadget. He has resigned himself to more realistic aspirations, though sometimes, you might catch him day dreaming of life as a Thundercat. |
